What is your Return Policy?

You can return eligible products within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition and packaging.

What is your refund policy?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method upon item return. Eligible for a refund within 30 days of order receipt.

I want to return an item. What do I do?

To initiate a return, contact support@myartscape.org with your name and order ID.

If you happen to receive a damaged or defective product, please get in touch with us immediately (support@myartscape.org) upon receiving and inspecting the item. We will promptly coordinate a return and provide you with the option for either a refund or a replacement, all at no extra expense to you.
